Phillip is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, where he graduated cum laude while double majoring in Political Science and Criminology. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

Phillip practices general litigation. Prior to coming to work for CDRBK, Phillip worked at Bonagofsky & Weiss in San Francisco, specializing in employment litigation. He is admitted to the State Bar of California, the United States Courts for the Central District.

Phillip is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), the Italian American Lawyers Association (IALA) and the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA).
